Joining CARIAD as Team & Project Assistant (f/d/m), you'll experience an agile organization that offers a range of diverse and exciting tasks. We take the concept of the future office to the next level. In your role, you'll assume responsibility within various departments and teams, tackling daily operational challenges and collaborating on innovative ideas across different interfaces. Essentially, you become an integral member of the team. Your effective communication skills, open mindset, and strong teamwork skills will foster a positive work culture and promote a feelgood environment.
In particular, you will join our Strategy & Product Management (GM) team who shapes the future CARIAD products to excite our customers and ensures a portfolio fit over the whole product lifecycle. The team builds the interface to the group brands and evaluates the requirements to define the CARIAD product roadmap based on market analytics and technology push to meet the needs of our current and future customers. Additionally, the team steers CARIAD’s product approvals for the solution trains and ensures one solution for the Volkswagen group.
Please be advised that this role requires office presence in our Munich office. Willingness to commute to the Munich office is therefore essential for this role.

- Serve as contact person for your team regarding all administrative and organizational tasks
- Responsible for cross-departmental coordination and support of various projects
- Plan, organize, and implement meetings, workshops, and events
- Take on small projects and oversee their execution
- If necessary, represent your supervisor in meetings and workshops
- Conceptualize and prepare presentation materials; created and follow-up on reports
- Additional tasks may arise and might be taken on, depending on personal interests and workload
- Completed university degree or commercial vocational training with additional qualifications; alternatively a comparable professional background
- Organizational and improvisational skills: you find it easy to keep track of things and handle multiple topics simultaneously
- Interest and enthusiasm for agile working methods and agile teams
- Proficient in working with MS Office Suite; experience with agile methods is beneficial
- Fluent in German and English; additional foreign language proficiency is advantageous
