We are looking for a (Junior) Operations Manager eMobility (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Drive GmbH team in Essen, Hybrides Arbeiten / Home Office, München. If you are interested, please apply as early as possible.

Your tasks

• Support the growth of our global eMobility business across multiple markets by developing and continuously optimizing standardized operations processes and services for our eMobility business
• Monitor and ensure high availability of E.ON’s charging network for our customers
• Perform root cause analysis when failures occur, follow up on resolving issues and eliminate sources of failure if possible
• Drive forward hardware improvements and software developments with manufacturers of charging infrastructure
• Drive operational improvements together with hardware and software suppliers as well as internal and external partners
• Create dashboards for E.ON’s charging network

Your profile

• State-certified technician or degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT or similar
• Technical know-how in e-mobility / electrical infrastructure is a plus
• Experience in evaluating data collections and creating performance dashboards in PowerBI
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convince others and drive solutions forward effectively
• Experience in collaborating with external partner companies (i.e. call center operators or installation companies)
• Experience working with ticketing systems (i.e. Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Business fluent in English; German is a plus
