- Oversee supplier management to ensure timely software and hardware releases aligning with the project schedule
- Guide both internal and external development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Supervise integration and validation teams responsible for fully integrated Connected Infotainment systems
- Ensure E2E availability as per the Feature Release Plan, encompassing Headunit, Connectivity Unit, Backend, and Services
- Collaborate closely with our architecture design and solution management teams
- Manage resources, timing, and budget while overseeing and reporting project KPIs within an agile delivery organization
- Academic degree in a technical discipline or equivalent qualification
- Comprehensive expertise in software development or the creation of software-defined products
- Extensive experience in agile management in automotive engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 8 years in complex product project management
- Strong intercultural skills, coupled with the knowledge to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- A proactive problem-solving approach with a demonstrated ability to maintain focus, prioritize demanding workloads, and deliver exceptional quality
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English & German
