The following tasks are waiting for you:

• You will own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of research from conceptual, to desk, to quantitative and qualitative research, to usability testing and user acceptance research impacting the design.
• You will work in agile and cross-functional teams in a product The team combines all competencies necessary for development (architecture, backend & frontend development, user experience design, cloud infrastructure, product owner, scrum master).
• You will be in close touch directly with a product manager and customer to develop hypotheses, create prototypes for a product or service, validate your hypothesis and call Design Thinking You work with a broader designer team to ensure a consistent experience in your proposals to the product team.
• You will act as the central contact person for user experience and domain knowledge in the team. And you are able to work with a design system.

To be prepared for your journey as a Researcher/ Service Designer, you should bring the following qualifications with you:

• Completed studies in Economics, Psychology, Human-Computer or similar areas and a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• Passion for manufacturing, logistics and production.
• Expertise in service design, research, storytelling, and user experience design, have an experienced approach to prototyping, facilitating Design Thinking workshops, design tools and methods (paper prototyping, Figma, Adobe). And ideally, you already have experience in agile organizational structures during product development.
• Your working method is characterized by high communication skills, a continuing process of education and the motivation to share and transfer your knowledge to the team.

• Start: by arrangement - always at the beginning of a month
• Working hours: full-time (40h) and part-time (30h); 30 vacation days
• Employment contract: indefinite

• Language skills: business fluent in English and fluent in German (C1 or native)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
