We are looking for a

(Junior) Process Manager (m/w/d)

(permanent, full-time) Join our team at our location in Verl, Dortmund, Mainz, Berlin or Baden-Baden - flexible working conditions available.

As a (Junior) Process Manager with a passion for optimizing integration processes and interface technologies, you'll ensure seamless customer integration and data connectivity with all back-end systems in an international environment. Hereby, you make a significant contribution to sustainable growth in our markets.

This is your role:

• Customer Integration: You will ensure seamless global customer integrations through API or file interfaces.
• Interface Optimisation and Transfer Strategies: You will analyse existing interfaces and develop migration strategies to API-based standards, actively assisting customers throughout the process.
• Ensuring Back-End System Connectivity: You will ensure smooth connections between customer systems and our company's and partner network's collection back-end systems, including the updating of interface versions.
• Analysis and Resolution of Synchronization Issues: You will identify and resolve common synchronization issues between different systems to ensure data integrity.
• Innovation Development: You will actively contribute to the development of new feature elements to enhance data exchange between customers and our company's back-end systems.

What do you bring with you?

• You have a successful degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Business Informatics, or a comparable completed apprenticeship with several years of professional experience.
• You have knowledge of conducting analysis processes and developing optimization strategies.
• You ideally possess a basic understanding of integration processes, interface technologies, and data management.
• You have project experience and the ability to independently manage complex tasks.
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• You have very good English language skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are advantageous.
