About us: Grimm Water Solutions is an emerging AI startup specializing in sustainable water management. We are already on the market with a powerful B2B software solution. Our core product is an API-based SaaS solution specifically developed for established platform providers in the water management market. Our goal is to increase the efficiency and sustainability of water resource management through innovative AI technologies.

Your Role: As CTO and Co-Founder, you are responsible for the strategic and technological leadership of our company. You will play a key role in the further development of our SaaS product suite and the integration of our API-based platform with industry customers.

Main Responsabilities:

Leading and expanding the technology team, currently consisting of 4 developers with deep AI expertise.
Further development of our SaaS product strategy and architecture.
Responsibility for integrating our platform with the systems of our industry customers.
Active participation in the development roadmap.
Technical leadership in research project collaborations in the field of water management.
Active participation in the company's strategy as part of the leadership team.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in scaling, and ideally selling, a startup.
Comprehensive experience in the development and management of SaaS product suites.
In-depth knowledge of connecting API-based platforms to industrial customers and scaling them.
Strong leadership skills and experience in building and leading technology teams.
Experience working with AI technologies.
Tech Stack:
Mastery of Python and at least one other general-purpose programming language at an expert level.
Experience in cloud-based software development, preferably on AWS, including containerization and orchestration.
Experience in building Restful APIs and Microservices.
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Experience with JavaScript and a modern front-end framework such as React.
