You will be part of a multi-disciplined project team dedicated to work on design and delivery of complex mission critical voice + data communication and video security systems. The systems may be used directly by our customers or by Motorola Solutions to deliver Managed Services to our customers. You will work in the post sales phases of projects and may support multiple projects in parallel depending on size and complexity.

We’re looking for curious and passionate electrical engineering graduates to join us and help us deploy communication solutions and video security systems. You will participate in the designing and integrating of our systems in the customer's IT and communication environment as well as learn and support mission critical communication and video technologies. What you will do as Junior Systems Engineer:
- Understand customers’ operations and the environment in which our systems will be integrated.
- Learn about traditional mission critical voice and data communication, command centers and video security technologies.
- Provide support and execute the given tasks e.g. define, write, update technical documentation for customer projects or validate and test our systems within the client environment.
- Get involved in the newest technologies used for mission critical communication and video security solutions. Be part of the most-valued and prestigious projects.
- Leverage a great variety of development possibilities, frame your continuous development plan and shape your role / profile in a multiprofessional team .
Skills & Qualifications of a Junior Systems Engineer:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or IT. Fluent in German and English.
- Eligible to live and work in Germany as this position requires security clearance approval from the German government authorities.
- Good communication skills and confidence to present solutions to colleagues/customers/users is essential.
- It is an advantage if you are interested in/have experience in IT and communication engineering, IP networking, and cyber security.
The role requires the flexibility to travel within Central Europe (up to 25% of travel within Germany), so a valid driving license would be helpful.
