Digital Operations Specialist Customer Service Europe (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in the management and optimization of selected digital operations workstreams in the European region, with a particular focus on customer service, complaints resolution, and master data.
• Report and monitor SLAs with local service providers, continually evaluating and analyzing relevant KPIs.
• Optimize, document, and control scalable customer service processes, including brand communications.
• Manage projects with operational expertise in customer service, e.g., the introduction of a live chat.
• Maintain a consistent standard for all end-customer documents (e.g., delivery bills, invoices, order confirmations) across all relevant countries and languages in the European region.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage and address fraud cases or special claims.
• Evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and derive optimization potentials.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Initial professional experience in the operational digital environment, ideally within the consumer goods or fashion industry, and/or customer service; project management experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a holistic, structured, and conceptual approach to thinking and working.
• Affinity for the online world, with a solid understanding of the digital landscape and benchmarking know-how.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; practical experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
