Project Officer (OCONUS) in Wiesbaden bei SOSi

SOSi is seeking a Project Officer (PO) with Logistical experience that will support the Intelligence community customer in Europe.

• Responsible for cross walking the intelligence systems managed by the Logistics Team with the Divisions, Directorates, and all supported units in the AOR.
• Attending synch meetings and determining processes required to fulfill requirements to the staff.
• Prepare plans to execute complex issues and propose multiple COAs.
• Synchronize efforts within the division and the directorate to enable functional process that supports the customer's missions from the C&L branch perspective.
• Identify slack in the systems to make recommendations for improvement, cost savings, increase in accuracy, minimize the amount of time per task and automate areas that are possible.
• Prepare plans for the Branch Chief to review and how this integrates with the current on-going operations and timeline to achieve the desired results.
• Prepare decision briefs to gain approval for improvement projects that provide significant cost savings and improve efficiencies across the directorate.
• Assist in Intel Systems Property Management with current operations guidelines.
• Review and propose cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress plans.

• Active in Scope TS/SCI Clearance.
• Master’s degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized intelligence experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized intelligence experience; OR
• 10 years of specialized intelligence experience.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing complex projects.

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
