Training Specialist Oncology Europe (m/f/x) in München bei Daiichi Sankyo Europe
The Training Specialist Oncology Europe, reporting to the Head of Training Oncology Europe, will support the delivery of European Oncology Training activities and ensure that Training processes run smoothly. This includes providing the administration, tracking, logistical organization and controlling of Training activities and programs. The incumbent works in close collaboration with the other functions within the European Oncology Training Team, National Training Managers, DSI and DSJ Training Colleagues, internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure the timely and effective delivery.
The Training Specialist Oncology Europe contributes to the successful execution of strategic projects within our Oncology Training department covering among Scientific & Product Training, Skills & Capability Development, Training Operations and External Education.
- Support and/or contribute to multiple projects and initiatives that span across one or more functions and European Countries.
- Coordinate and execute small projects in detail while keeping the big picture in mind including understanding and managing interfaces with other projects.
- Support several projects and initiatives at the same time from project initiation until completion
- Competent administrative support for the training team and the Head of Training (e.g. purchase orders, invoice and contract management, reports, statistics, analyses, meetings, presentations, projects etc.)
- Ensure appropriate stakeholder management and communication.
- Act as ambassador of the European Oncology Training department by embracing a high level of internal and external customer centricity and promoting ongoing initiatives.
- Contact person for stakeholders to inform about available trainings, programs and the participation/ nomination process.
- Provides the administration and tracking through our LMS System Campus+ and organizes the logistics of trainings and development programs.
- Proactively audits the effectiveness of training program implementation, provides quality reports to senior stakeholders at DSE and in the affiliates. Takes the necessary corrective measures to ensure that business goals are achieved.
- Fosters a culture of learning within the OBU through collaboration between the different learning teams across the company in order to streamline training offers and create an attractive training and development offer in order to retain and attract critical oncology talents.
- University degree, with a minimum of 1-2 years industry experience
- Demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Problem solver with the initiative to think critically to pro-actively identify improvement opportunities
- Resourceful, creative and above all, adaptive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver to deadlines and budget
- Team player, open-minded, flexible, proactive, motivated and willing to learn and develop
- Proven ability to successfully work within a matrix environment
- Hands-on style, willing to ‘pitch in’ to get things done. Demonstrates a high work ethic
- Proficient using Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience or qualifications in project management is an advantage
- International and intercultural experience gained during previous experience
- Organized, committed and able to handle several priorities at the same time
- Uphold a high standard of integrity and intercultural competency
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills (PowerPoint and Word)
- Fluent in English - spoken and written. Additional European language and Japanese is a strong plus
This position is eligible for a referral amount of € 2.000. - The Bonus will be paid out after the referral has successfully completed the first 6 month
