UPPER HAND. is looking for a graphic designer to join our growing team in Berlin.

We are a new consumer brand that elevates protective gear into lifestyle brand territory. Our
self-cleaning products offer a high level of protection against harmful microbes, while being
super comfortable, sustainable, and looking aesthetically great.

Your Role:

You shape and elevate UPPER HAND. through visuals and graphic designs that communicate
products, content, and stories around three benefits: Protection. Comfort. Aesthetics.
Protection: high-tech materials with scientifically proven benefits
Comfort: materials with great feel, breathability, freedom of movement
Aesthetics: sleek (not bland), tech (not militant), identifiable (not loud), premium (not posh )

You will be responsible for creating graphic designs across digital and physical touchpoints:
from web and social media to packaging and hang tags. You will work hand in hand with our
commercial and product design team to research trends, generate ideas, create sketches, mock
ups, and final graphic designs for UPPER HAND.

Your Qualifications:

• Portfolio of work demonstrating command of graphic design
• A minimum of 2 years practical design experience in agencies or brands
• Ability to create and iterate designs at high speed and precision in software like
