Information Security Manager in Deutschland bei Xcede

Responsibilities:

• Advise the IT department on securing their IT infrastructure and processes
• Support the creation and implementation of information security concepts as well as the continuous improvement and operation of the ISMS
• Assist in auditing the organisation for compliance with global IT security requirements
• Manage cross-divisional IT compliance projects and utilise GRC tools effectively
• Establish a network with related areas within the Group companies, in particular GRC, ICS and ISMS managers

Your profile:

• Experience in auditing or technical design of IT controls
• Strong knowledge in ICS / GITC, ISMS, and risk management
• Skilled in developing guidelines and work instructions
• Certification from ISACA, (ISC)2, or similar
• Proficiency in German and English, with experience in agile IT team management
