Join our Digital Industries Software team as Manager Accounting Integration (m/f/d) - ideally in Munich or anywhere within Germany or Europe - and help us grow our software business by managing a variety of shareholder management topics for our 120+ legal entities across the globe. This position can also be executed in part time (minimum 32 hours / week).

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by

• Using your financial expertise, you will participate in the M&A process and identify financial risks and valuation implications during the financial due diligence
• Subsequently, you will manage the integration of newly acquired businesses into our accounting & treasury processes including full consolidation, purchase price allocation and policy alignment
• We are looking for someone with an affinity for tools and processes to also support the deployment of our ERP system and other finance and reporting tools
• In your role you will also assist with the alignment of transfer pricing concepts and related documentation
• Your view of the big picture helps you to develop and execute a legal entity merger concept and perform related legal entity valuations

What do you need to realize what matters.

• Being interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced international environment
• Completed finance/accounting degree, with a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in a similar accounting role / CPA or equivalent preferred
• Displaying accounting and valuation knowledge, strong analytical skills, and business judgment with good attention to detail
• Demonstrating strong project management expertise paired with self-determination and strategic judgment
