Right now, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Berlin or Konstanz, Germany.

Who you are

You are a driven, creative designer who can create designs that meet the needs of the marketing team. You bring your own vision, and know when to compromise and when to have conviction. You have an excellent eye for detail, never delivering an asset with any obvious misalignments or inconsistencies.

The ideal candidate has:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
Experience designing collateral for a software product.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
Experience working with product designers to maintain cohesive brand identity.

That's the job

You’d be expected to manage your own time and bandwidth, effectively communicating with stakeholders across the organization about realistic turnaround and timelines. Day to day, you’d be expected to:

Develop visually engaging marketing materials including ebooks, infographics, brochures and flyers.
Create designs (sometimes including illustrations) from scratch for social-first assets, emails, booth graphics, and ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual content.
Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines while exploring new creative directions.
Assist in the creation of presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques to ensure our marketing materials are modern.
