Your Role:

As Senior Project Manager Ophthalmology you will work with the entire ZEISS Ophthalmology team and other Meditec units and initiate, design, and lead cross-cutting operational and strategic projects. This could range from the setup of new workflows and solutions to the initiation and execution of future-oriented strategic programs. Your work will focus on growing, internationalizing and digitizing the Meditec Ophthalmology business with a particular focus on new business models. As an empowered member of our Special Projects team you will take over full responsibility for finding and driving the best solutions for our customers in an international multi-stakeholder environment and you will lead and develop junior colleagues on this journey. We want to create impact!
