We are looking for an outgoing, autonomous and diligent person who will support our various recruitment initiatives and will help us achieving our common goal: building the best team for Tesla!

In this role, you will be part of our first-class recruitment team which plays a pivotal role in building Tesla’s future talent pipeline in EMEA.

• Understand the importance of our various recruitment programs and initiatives for an international company like Tesla
• Learn about our sourcing activities and develop sourcing skills to find and attract the best talents
• Accompany candidates end-to-end through the recruitment process at Tesla
• Learn about stakeholder management and how to develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments in order to ensure clear communication, smooth processes and great candidate experience
• Build recruitment skills, learn to use an applicant tracking system and how to analyze data
• Develop project management skills

• Pursuing a degree or recently graduated from a degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Recruitment or similar
• Previous internship experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing or Sales is considered a plus
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change
• Excellent written and spoken German and English is a must have
• Open to occasional business travel
