In our international Creative Content & Media team, we have a spot open for a content marketer (m/f/d) that is on the crossline of content creation. Join our dynamic fintech team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative.
- Develop impactful B2B and B2C content concepts that captivate our target audience, aligning seamlessly with our marketing and brand objectives.
- Debrief a 360-campaign brief into a creative brief for our designers and copywriters (or yourself) to work on.
- Be the sparring partner to helps bring ideas to life with visually compelling concepts, transforming abstract ideas into concrete, impactful content, while meeting every deadline and requirement.
- Conduct research to pinpoint market trends and customer needs. Translate these insights into easily digestible formats that drive customer engagement.
- Weave information from diverse sources into a cohesive narrative. Provide a clear outlook on how this information can be harnessed to achieve our goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional, international teams to efficiently organize and prioritize project needs. Bring them home in our content calendar and measure the effectiveness of your content.
- Innovate and broaden our (content) horizons: dare to do it differently and to take that extra mile.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related fields.
- Over 5+ years’ experience in creating creative concepts and bringing them to life and proven experience in content and/or project management, experience in a creative (marketing) agency would be a plus.
- Experience in delivering assets for multiple markets as well as interested and advanced in both the B2B as the B2C audiences.
- Excellent understanding of data measured by general campaign KPIs and able to pinpoint the right topics for a deeper understanding.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and German or Dutch/ Swedish.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic fintech environment.
