THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As the (Junior) E-commerce Manager for the United Kingdom & Ireland, you will drive strong growth by tailoring our online offer to resonate with local customers. By deeply understanding UK and Irish preferences and market trends, you'll curate compelling campaigns and offers through close collaboration with pricing, commercial planning, and marketing teams. Additionally, you'll also support Senior Retail Managers on wider projects and initiatives.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Mastering the market: Become the local expert, shaping commercial strategy and executing the commercial calendar for the United Kingdom and Ireland markets. Collaborate with your team to optimize investment allocation.
Boosting category performance: Leverage deep market insights to enhance product assortment, align with customer needs, and drive platform transition.
Optimizing the online customer journey: Own the local homepage, crafting compelling content and campaigns to maximize demand. Analyse performance, refine strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall digital experience.
Build strong partnerships: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Pricing, Commercial Planning, Supply, and Digital Experience teams.
Drive cross-functional initiatives: Contribute to projects that accelerate market growth.
Fluent in English: Possessing knowledge of the UK and Irish fashion competitive landscape and emerging trends is a plus.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Minimum of two years in a comparable role, ideally within the fashion industry. A bachelor's degree complements your professional background.
Good analytical skills coupled with a results-oriented approach and a proactive drive. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics is essential.
A commercial mindset and a solid understanding of online fashion retail.
Flexible mindset and agile, you are well-organised and feel comfortable leading several projects with the ability to manage different tools and stakeholders.
