As the Technical Lead Offensive Security, you are part of the Technical Office team of our Cybersecurity Consulting business unit. You will play a pivotal role in our cyber security consulting business, guiding and mentoring a transnational team of offensive security experts in conducting penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments. You are the technical authority of Airbus Protect in the area of Offensive Security and are involved in all strategic aspects of developing our business when related to your domain of expertise. Your leadership will be instrumental in protecting our clients from cyber threats and driving our success in this dynamic field.

The Cyber Technical Office is an international team. The position is open for candidates who want to be located either in Blagnac, Elancourt, Ottobrunn, Hamburg, or Newport.
Guide and mentor a transnational team of offensive security technical advisors to conduct penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments
Develop and execute comprehensive offensive security strategies to identify, exploit, and remediate vulnerabilities across our client's systems
Animate our internal community of consultants to ensure the implementation of knowledge sharing, knowledge capitalisation, and continuous improvement
Actively engage with external security communities, attend relevant conferences, and participate in knowledge-sharing activities to stay abreast of the latest security trends and techniques
Support the development and evolution of learning paths, career paths and the identification of training for Offensive Security
Establish technical monitoring and prioritize R&T (Research & Technology) activities
Continuously analyze and assess evolving customer security requirements, ensuring our services are aligned with their changing needs and emerging threats
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise during client engagements, including pre-sales activities such as technical presentations and proposal development
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Offensive Security Consultant
Extensive knowledge of common attack techniques and tools, as well as penetration testing methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide a team of offensive security experts
Experience in leading transnational teams
In-depth understanding of offensive security strategies, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments
Ability to collaborate with clients to analyze their security needs and tailor offensive security services to meet their requirements
Continuously stay updated with the latest security threats, attack techniques, and tools to keep the team at the forefront of offensive security
Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or CISSP are a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and expertise in the field
Excellent written and verbal English language skills; knowledge of French and/or German language is a plus
