In order to bring more great experiences to our global customers, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable teammate to join our Content Marketing Team in Berlin as a Senior Content Operations Manager.

Team mission

The Content Marketing team is responsible for the creation and development of the most customer-centric content at scale, enabling customers to plan, book, and experience our suppliers' unforgettable experiences with confidence. This role will be instrumental in helping us scale high-quality assets to be used across the marketplace and marketing channels.

We are looking for a hands-on and growth-oriented Senior Content Operations Manager to join our Content Marketing team and help us take our content to the next level. You will oversee the technical operational setup for content marketing, helping us leverage tech in our processes in order to produce high-quality content at scale.

You will:

Develop workflow strategies for operational tools and practices that will optimize both text and visual content outputs for high-quality customer experiences
Collaborate with tech to create and implement a holistic content asset management system including metadata and delivery strategies
Create and maintain a roadmap for improvements, including plans for testing, validating, and scaling proposed optimizations
Collect and analyze data to evaluate product and process performance, uncover opportunities, and leverage insights to create buy-in and influence tech teams' roadmaps
Ensure the tech, tooling, and process setup are aligned with the needs of the team and the overarching content marketing strategy
Keep up to date with the latest innovations in tech and how they could be leveraged to alleviate manual work

Who you are

You are located in Berlin or are willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value weekly in-person interaction in our office a minimum of 3 days per week.
5+ years of professional experience in content operations, product operations, or content marketing
Demonstrated expertise in finding and implementing tech solutions to optimize workflows
Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to surface actionable insights from data sets, and a clear understanding of how to use research and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
Proven track record in collaborating closely with product team(s)
Adaptable with a test-and-learn mindset
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high capacity to collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about working at the intersection of tech and creativity to develop and drive scalable solutions for text and visual content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
