Your future plans
- Gathering project requirements and translating them into priorities
- Develop a plan for managing project documents and updating them as needed, as well as maintaining and training the document management system
- Identify and research the need for different types of documents
- Establish processes and ensure that documents go through a documented and approved review and approval process, and ensure the security, accessibility and proper distribution of organisational documents
- Planning and conducting meetings and presentations related to document management
- Represent documentation issues to the client and suppliers / vendors in meetings
- Providing management information on the status of documentation
Your powerful skills
- Completed training in a technical or commercial field or comparable
- Basic understanding of laws and regulations on document management as well as basic knowledge of project management
- Strong IT knowledge of hardware and software
- Strong customer orientation and a structured and analytical way of working
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Very good MS Office skills
Advantegous, but not a must
- Business fluent knowledge of Dutch
- At least 5 years of professional experience and experience in completed major projects
