We are hiring a Commercial Process Specialist (f/m/d) who will contribute to the Digital Transformation Program- “Evolution for you” (E4U) of DHL Freight by creating and implementing innovative features, driving and supporting change projects with a focus on commercial applications and processes.

• Support the definition of the Commercial Workstream Roadmap: You will play a crucial role in summarizing all key change initiatives required to achieve the successful transformation of DHL Freight's commercial functions. Be in charge of the “Knowledge Management” pillar, which includes maintaining how-to documentation on the Wiki platform and building an expert community within the organization.
• Define features and drive implementations: Your focus will be on the rating module of our Transport Management System (TMS) and other key commercial applications. You will be responsible for defining features and driving their implementation, ensuring alignment of tariff data, process improvements, and meeting enhanced reporting needs.
• Analyze existing application roadmaps and user/business requirements: You will perform analysis on legacy application roadmaps and gather user/business requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure standardization and professionalization of commercial processes: You will work towards standardizing and professionalizing commercial processes within the organization, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with global functions: You will collaborate with different global functions to develop, improve, and sustain streamlined commercial processes. This will involve working closely with stakeholders from various countries and aligning processes on a global scale.
• Drive implementation of Commercial Workstream change projects: You will take a lead role in driving the implementation of E4U Commercial features. This includes activities such as design, testing, training, piloting, and roll-outs to all DHL Freight countries, ensuring a successful global perspective.
  
  Our perfect match:
• Experience in commercial transformation: Background in commercial transformation initiatives, preferably within the logistics industry. Experience in creating comprehensive documentation (user guides) and presenting solutions to target audience.
• Project management skills: Strong project management skills, specifically in driving change projects. Experience aligning master data, implementing process improvements, and meeting enhanced reporting needs.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze and challenge business requirements. Ability to define application features and process improvement initiatives that align with the purpose and goals of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and macros would be a valuable distinction for the role, enabling efficient data analysis and tasks automation.
• Process standardization: Experience in ensuring standardization and professionalization of commercial processes. Ability to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize efficiency.
• Collaboration and communication: Experience working with different global functions to develop and improve commercial processes and tools. Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
• Implementation expertise: Ability to drive the implementation of commercial change projects from start to finish.
