Your tasks:

Develop further our company’s coaching capabilities together with your internal coaches* colleagues and in collaboration with the Grolman managementBuild up the full set of self-organisation (teal) practices, we need to reach our company visionCultivate and implement didactically techniques and skills across the organisationCoach/ facilitate "springboards" (review, retro, planning) of global teams and selected project meetings on local/ global levelProvide back-up for your team members (they are limited in coaching time/ mixed roles)Coordinate the interface between the internal coaches*, Grolman management and the various department and vision teamsYour profile: Solid experience/ education in most concepts & techniques of: Teal (Laloux) practices and agile practices / Organisational transformation & change processes / Personal and business coaching / Entrepreneurial coaching Being able to work/ coach in German and English. (Additionally welcome: French, Italian, Spanish)Being able to see, follow and drive the larger, global "story" while finding pragmatic, locally fitting solutions on team-levelBeing open-minded, patient & curious towards: Non-linear developments & unconventional approaches / Customised/ non-standard implementations / Resistance and emotional barriers of people in transformation stress or crisis mode
