We are looking for a Manager Art Direction (m/f/d) to complete our Omnichannel department.

What you can expect:

• Understanding and visualising the creative direction for BOSS and HUGO to deliver Tier 3 product focused imagery focused on Omnichannel requirements
• Delivering on brand treatment packs incl. moodboards, reference films and talent boards through research and understanding the direction of the brands HUGO & BOSS (and relevant brandlines)
• On set shooting execution for Tier 3 Omnichannel projects. Ensure the concept is delivered as expected and leading the photographer and the rest of the team
• Working closely with the Brand Experience team to ensure all campaigns are delivered within the set budget and time allocation Graphical execution of completed assets, ensuring all departments have the assets required to ensure the project is delivered to it's maximum potential (digital communications and exporting the final assets in line with all business and corporate requirements)
• Supporting the Art Direction team in delivering other Tier visual treatments whenever needed
• Awareness and conciousness of the design landscape of other brands and design in general through research, reviewing competitor sets for relevant brand lines Maintain and develop relationships with external directors of photography, photographers, stylists, agencies and artists as required. Drive continous improvements and the highest quality when working on new ideas & technologies

Your profile:

• Creative + conceptual thinking, good communication skills, skilled in negotiations at best in the area fashion/ lifestyle
• Degree in Fashion, Art or Design
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in anagency and marketing department (creation),at best in the area fashion/ lifestyle
• Proficient in CS6-Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience in agile workflows with international teams
• You are familiar with dynamic and film content and storyboarding
• Self-starter with a team orientation displaying HUGO BOSS values
• Solution orientated thinking and positive approach to challenges
• Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills (English is mandatory)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to excute short term deadlines/ priorities #LI-JW2
