As a Marketing Operations Manager (B2B), you will be responsible for running the marketing operations of Zalando’s B2B unit ZEOS. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, CRM, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, lead journeys and lead management, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
ZEOS is part of Zalando, leveraging the company’s infrastructure, technology, and expertise to build an operating system for fashion & lifestyle. Established in 2023, ZEOS is developing tools that allow brands and retailers to manage their multi-channel business in one place. We aim to enable seamless e-commerce across Europe: from new market entry and expansion to optimization and business steering. The first ZEOS product is called ZEOS Fulfillment, and it gives brands and retailers the ability to fulfill their multi-channel sales using one stock pool, one carrier integration, and one user interface. Being a small unit within a big company enables us to act fast, but with the backup from one of the leading online platforms for fashion and lifestyle in Europe.
You will build a lead collection, prioritization, and nurturing engine across the website, landing pages, and HubSpot automated workflows
You will oversee the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including campaign set-up, workflow development and tracking
You will work with the CRM team to ensure smooth connection between HubSpot and Salesforce
You will manage lead handling, including handover to Sales, and establish a continuous feedback loop to monitor MQL quality
You will be responsible for audience set-up and management, and oversee data quality, ensuring the data is clean and up to date;
You will develop and maintain performance dashboards, supporting Marketing with reporting and attribution
You will create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations
You have 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations; e-commerce industry and/or logistics/SAAS experience is a plus
You are fluent in both written and spoken English
You have extensive knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel, HubSpot and Salesforce, with experience in developing marketing automation workflows
You are highly analytical and enjoy working with data
You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a hands-on mentality
You have demonstrated project management experience and are confident in managing cross-functional processes and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You are performance-driven and excel at working with goals and KPI metrics
