Working Student HR Support in Berlin bei Justplay GmbH

JustPlay is looking for a Working Student (15 - 20 hrs/week) to support our HR/People & Culture team. If you are interested in topics such as New Work, remote teams, employee experience etc., and learning more about how dynamic Human Resources is at a Startup, this is the perfect role for you! Together with our HR Lead, you will be entrusted with different topics along the employee lifecycle and have the opportunity to leave your mark on a vast array of People & Culture projects.

• People Operations: You support day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining our HRIS tool up-to-date, drafting employee documents, etc.

• Talent Acquisition: You play a crucial role in ensuring a great candidate experience by being the first point of candidate for candidates and supporting job posting, screening, interview scheduling etc.

• Employer Branding: will create content for different channels, promote new ways of working at IT and act as a culture ambassador

• Employee Experience: You support the HR Lead and JustPlay in building an outstanding employee experience for every JustPlayer (including supporting onboarding, culture initiatives, team events, etc.)

• You are currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (International management, Psychology, Resources Management etc.)

• You have great communication skills in German and English

• You are based in Berlin and can work 1 day/week from the office

• Ideally you were able to gain initial experience in human resources during an internship or working student job

• You are a highly empathetic person, who works in a structured, independent and reliable manner
