About the role - your contribution

In this role, you'll have the chance to steadily advance your HR career and elevate it to the next level!

Human Resources:

• 
  Talent Scout: Help us find the best and brightest by managing job postings, and coordinating interviews.
• Onboarding Guru: Welcome new hires and ensure they have a fantastic start with a smooth onboarding process.
• HR Admin Whiz: Keep our employee records up-to-date and assist with asset management & administration.
• Additionally, you’ll get the chance to dive into exciting HR projects, such as shaping our Employer Branding and developing a comprehensive Career Framework!

• Office Hero: Keep our office running smoothly, from managing supplies to maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Event Planner & Engagement Champion: Organize company events that everyone will rave about.
• Admin Pro: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with ease.
• Support Star: Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports for our busy team members, and asset management & administration.

Skillset, experiences and mindset we are looking for

• Education: A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (However, the most crucial factor is your eagerness to excel in the HR world!).
• Experience: 1 year experience in HR or/and Office & Community Management.
• Skills: Strong organizational and excellent communication skills, tech-savvy, German (C1-2 Level) and English (B2-C1 Level) is a must-have.
• Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to bring a positive attitude to work every day.
• Mindset: Growth mindset, you love to learn and grow, and take on new challenges!
