Scalors GmbH is looking for talented Sales Manager to join Our Team with Fluent German.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales;
• Excellent understanding of sales and marketing techniques: from engaging and closing customer, to creating ideas for new campaigns;
• Proven track record of the sales cycle from the first contact to the negotiation and deal closing;
• Customer centric and service oriented mindset;
• Good understanding and knowledge of German IT market;
• Tech-savvy: understanding of modern software development practices and processes both tech-specific and generic;
• Data-driven mindset;
• Experience in working with OKRs;
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships;
• Help developing and executing campaigns;
• Support market entry into several countries;
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals,
  analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance;
