To strengthen our E.ON Solutions GmbH team, we are looking for a Junior Customer Experience Manager (f/m/d) as soon as possible . If you are interested, apply online.
Responsibilities
- Together with your international colleagues, you make a significant contribution to the optimization and further development of the customer experience in an end-to-end approach with a special focus on our Energy Home Management Application E.ON Home and beyond
- You develop customer-centric concepts, implement them in interdisciplinary teams and optimize digital customer touchpoints along all digital customer interactions
- In addition, you are responsible for setting up and moderating workshops with the relevant product managers and stakeholders as well as for active exchange with our community
- As team member of the Customer Success team you will also function as a touchpoint to support our countries and their customers
Qualifications
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in business or in a similar field
- First professional experience in the online or technological environment with digital products
- Enthusiasm for modern technology, digital trends and a good understanding of data, system-related interrelationships, and processes
- A high level of quality awareness as well as an eye for design and the user experience
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as an outside-the-box thinking attitude
- You enjoy working as part of a cross-cultural team and like new challenges
- Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
