• Negotiation of contracts and ensuring final document consistency
• Risk assessment
• Evaluate financial business cases and opportunities to achieve RC and NRC targets
• Prepare and assess SOW, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs
• Manage vendor on-boarding and contract monitoring
• Consult with legal service providers as appropriate

• Bachelor Degree or similar in Law or Business, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in Aerospace, Automotive or Electronic Industry
• Experience in all aspects of contract negotiation with minimum 5 million EURO value
• Experience administering and negotiating a variety of contracts such as fixed price type, RC, NRC.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
• No compromise position on ethics and compliance
