ANavS – Advanced Navigation Solutions develops precise positioning systems, precise mapping systems and snow monitoring systems. For that mission, it develops its own hardware and software products that combine multiple sensors like GNSS, inertial, odometry, UWB, camera and Lidar measurements and uses innovative positioning algorithms combined with AI methods. The products have a large range of applications including automotive, robotics, automation, maritime, railway, aerospace, agriculture, and mining industries.

We are a young, growing team and are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual for the position of Production Manager. You will be responsible for the efficient management and optimization of our production of measurement devices for highly accurate positioning.

Your Core Tasks:

• Production planning
• Manufacturing
• Warehouse management and procurement
• Planning and implementation of production processes and quality controls
• Monitoring and enforcement of occupational safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations

Qualifications:

• Completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician
• Analytical thinking
• Structured, independent and results-orientated way of working
• Experience in the production of technical devices and employee management
• Very good knowledge of German and English
