Your area of responsibility

General support of the online sales team in dynamic day-to-day business
Assumption of own areas of responsibility:
Tracking of sales key figures and preparation of relevant data for reporting
Amazon Buy Box Monitoring
Handling customer complaints and item suspensions
Best Seller Analyses
Assistance in monitoring Amazon Chargebacks and initiating appeals

That distinguishes you

Enrolled student in a relevant field of study, preferably E-Commerce
As a team player, you are the interface to other departments such as marketing and graphics
Enthusiasm for digital topics related to e-commerce and trends
Good written expression
Good knowledge of office applications
Good knowledge of German and English
