Bid Office Manager (m/f/x)

This position can also be located at our offices in Mainz, Aurich, Rostock, Magdeburg or Hof.

Your tasks:

Navigate sales gate phases and participate in all meetings
First plausibility checks of letter of authorization (LoA) entries relevant for project management (PM), crosschecking LoA entries relevant for project execution with other stakeholders resp. interfaces
On completion of LoA reviews, coordination and follow-up within PM as well as concerning risk and opportunity management, including mitigation actions of GPM/PMC
Internal reporting on LoA status and its development within global and regional PM for optimizing and streamlining the internal approval process
Act as interface between regional and global PM functions as well as towards other relevant stakeholders (Sales, R&D, Operations etc.) supporting exchange and collaboration
Active support in tenders, coordinating PM processes
Active assistance and coordination of PM concerning new market entries

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a combination of a training and experience equivalent to a four-year degree
Several years of relevant professional experience
Good command of written and spoken English
Independent and solution-oriented way of working with an agile approach
Structured mindset and time management skills
Adept performance in an international and multicultural environment
Team player attitude with good conflict preventing and resolution abilities
