Requirements

Software development is your thing, so you have a degree in computer science, have completed training in the IT sector or relevant work experience

You have at least 3 years of experience as a software developer with React

Ideally, you have already worked with TypeScript and have knowledge of Tailwind and Radix Primitives

Competence in the areas of UX and UI design

Experience with Figma or similar tools is also welcome

Working in a team is just as important to you as diving into the source code on your own

You speak German (min. C1) for communication in the team and can communicate in English in writing (all our documentation is in English)

Tasks & Responsibilities

Your team further develops our project management software Octaved Flow

Creation and maintenance of the frontend components

You use Next.js, TypeScript, React, Redux, Tailwind, Radix Primitives

You develop complex components such as web-based Gantt project planning charts

Octaved Flow is very extensive, consists of many modules and new ones are constantly being added. As these are very different, your tasks are very varied and always exciting.

Hiring Process

(1) We will look at your application and, if we are interested, will get back to you within a few days with an invitation to an introductory meeting for two via Teams. (20-30 minutes with the managing director)

(2) If we both think that we are a good match, we will arrange an appointment for a technical discussion. A person from the specialist area is also present, for example one of our software developers. Source code test or conversation about code and discussion about it - want to know if you can exchange ideas with developers about source code // 2 - 3 hours

(3) If everything fits, we will get back to you shortly with a contract offer. We are always available to answer your questions during this process.
