Workday HCM Analyst – Düsseldorf in Düsseldorf bei Keylime Consultants

An opportunity to work for a well known international business supporting and enhancing their use of Workday HCM. This employer is a modern, progressive tech business with a well known brand and excellent reputation. You’ll join an established international Workday HRIS team and will take significant responsibility for a range of modules including a major focus on Core HCM.

This role is suited to a Workday analyst with some commercial experience looking to take the next step in their career. It’s likely that you’ll knowledge equivalent to a minimum of 2-5 years commercial Workday experience and be able to work onsite in Düsseldorf 3 days each week. Salary on offer is around the €75,000 level plus benefits. Re-location assistance is offered for candidates from across Germany and the EU. German langauge skills are NOT essential for this role.

Workday Analyst – Düsseldorf – Required Profile:

• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM including system configuration
• Additional knowledge of Workday HR modules, ideally at least one of Advanced Comp, Absence or Time Tracking
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Security is a significant advantage
• Flexible approach to working across new Workday projects, support, release management tasks and more
• A skilled home worker able to work effectively both at home and onsite
• Excellent communication skills in English suited to communicating effectively with collesgues in HR, IT and stakeholders across the business
