Your responsibilities and tasks:

Calculation of load flow, short circuit and protection coordination in ETAP or Neplan.
Sizing trays and ducts
Sizing of medium and low voltage equipment: Transformers, Power Generators, UPS, Capacitor Bank, UPS, frequency inverters, electric protections
Generation of lists of loads, equipment and cables.
Layout of electrical equipment and trays
Development of one-line and multi-line diagrams
Grounding system sizing
Calculation or simulation of electric arc according to IEEE 1584-2018, NFPA 70E and short circuit
Knowledge in electrical substations will be valued
Experience as electric supervisor will be valued
Design installation, operation and maintenance manuals for electrical systems and equipment.
Define materials, costs and estimated time, design specifications and installation methods for electrical elements, equipment and systems.
Supervise the installation and start-up of electrical networks, systems and equipment.
Define electrical scope in projects and analysis of proposals for construction, expansion of systems and equipment.
Minimum level of English required B2.
Availability to travel within and outside the country, 50% of the time
To have a valid visa to enter EEUU

Your profile and qualifications:

Degree in engineering Electrical
Calculation of load flow, short circuit and protection coordination in ETAP or Neplan
(Valuable) RETIE inspector certification

4+ years of provable experience in engineering projects
(Valuable) Knowledge of main engineering calculation and design tools
