Your tasks

Support in the preparation and implementation of technology days and trade shows:

o Independent follow-ups with event stakeholders

o Takeover of smaller sub-projects

Handling of smaller projects, such as independently managing, maintaining and updating team sharepoints and Teams spaces
Support in the development and implementation of marketing communication campaigns like content creation for internal communication activities. You will not only be responsible for content creation, but also coordinate with the respective departments
Support in the creation of reports & evaluations within the scope of Marketing Communications
Assistance of the MarCom Manager in day-to-day business

Profile

You are studying Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study
Ideally first experience in Marketing
Computer skills and the daily use of Microsoft Office 365 are a prerequisite, knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI are an advantage
Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English, knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
“Hands on” mentality, passion for organizing and planning
Open minded towards high-tech topics
Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
