Ihre Aufgaben

• Calendar Management e.g. review all incoming meeting requests, reschedule other meetings, make sure there is a good balance between long-term committed meeting, reserved slots for ad-hoc meeting and some time left for conceptual work or informal sync in the office
• Compliance Reminder and Teams
• Maintenance of shift and on-call schedules
• Handling the meeting calendar
• Managing meeting, circulating agenda and minutes
• Generating reports and tracking compliance e.g., CATS, mandatory trainings etc.
• Booking meeting rooms; organizing events like team dinners
• Support with team infrastructure in case of new employees
• Managing team DLs
• Helping with scheduling 1:1 for the team
• Travel arrangements, if needed
• Helping with the On-boarding / off-boarding of colleagues

Unsere Anforderungen

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office administrator or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility
• Very good English and Outlook skills
• Accurate and thorough way of working
• Organizational talent
• Reliable, friendly and motivated personality
