EPISODE HEAD OFFICE – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in Deutschland

Parttime / fulltime (32/40 hrs – 4/5 days)

Do you want to work for the market leader in vintage and second-hand fashion? Episode, the leading player in second-hand clothing with 15 stores spread over 6 countries, is looking for an administrative assistant. This year we are opening two more new stores, and you can be part of our growing team!

As an administrative assistant, you are the spider in the web of our organization. Your versatility ensures that you can be deployed in different departments and play an essential role in ensuring that our business operations run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the Operations Manager in both the front and back office.
• Performing administrative tasks such as archiving documents and creating overviews.
• Answering telephones, e-mails and other correspondence.
• Receiving visitors and processing mail and goods.
• Entering and processing contract documents, quotations and invoices.
• Assisting colleagues in finding and managing documents.

MUST HAVES:

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position.
• You are organized, responsible, and like to think along.
• You can handle stress well and monitor deadlines effortlessly.
• Excellent knowledge of Outlook and MS Office.
• You connect easily with people and enjoy working together.
• Problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English (hard requirement).
• You live near Hem, Noord-Holland.
