YOUR ROLE

Within the Healthcare category, you might join P&G in one of these areas:

Qualified Person: The qualified person role includes ensuring compliant production of medicinal products, actively managing deviations and customer complaints for dossier and GMP adherence, collaborating on new raw material qualification, and serving as the central quality contact. Overall, the position upholds production standards and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Ensuring the dossier-compliant production of all medicinal products including release

• Significant involvement in deviation management and change control as well as in customer complaints with regards to compliance with dossier conformity and GMP principles

• Working closely with the supplier qualification team in the qualification of new raw materials

• Central contact person for quality-related questions internally and for the Boards of Health

Responsible Person: The responsible person role includes ensuring distribution of medicinal products compliant with GDP regulations.

• Ensuring that P&G delivers safe, effective, and compliant products to customers / consumers through the maintenance of your QMS.

• Having the control and surveillance of the market, including in-market actions

• Analyzing business plans and leading inspections to deliver quality products

• Working in a highly regulated environment

• Collaborating with the Board of Health and representing P&G

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a pharmacist or have an equivalent educational background in combination with ULG Qualified Person certification or meet the requirements to qualify as such

• You have ideally gained professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, flexibility, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for pharmaceuticals

• Very good IT skills (MS Office, etc.)

• Strong technical skills and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability

• You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken)
