As a Management Assistant (f/m/d), you are an organizational talent and competent contact person for administrative matters in day-to-day business. You act as an interface to our customers and thus significantly shape the image of Siemens Advanta Consulting in the market. Do you like a dynamic and international working environment? What part will you play?
As a management assistant (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the administrative coordination of the daily business of up to two partners. You will organize and prioritize meetings, prepare them and resolve scheduling conflicts. You will handle written and telephone correspondence internally as well as externally in German and English.
You plan and book business trips (flight, hotel reservations, rental cars, visas, etc.) in Germany and abroad and are responsible for their proper accounting.
You work closely with project managers and support them in finding appointments with our customers and other administrative matters.
You plan and coordinate workshops, as well as meetings - on-site and digital - (room booking, participant and visitor management, catering) and handle downstream billing according to operational guidelines.
You support the integration of new employees, in recruiting and promotion processes.
You prepare project reports.
You enter purchase orders for services, events, training and material goods.
You post goods receipts upon receipt and review of invoices.
You will substitute for your direct colleague in case of absence.
What you need to make real what matters.
You have completed vocational training e.g. commercial or in office management and convince with several years of experience in management assistant roles or in a management secretariat in an international environment
You convince with the ability to overview complexity of tasks and to recognize and set priorities.
You are proficient in common MS Office applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel), are open to modern communication media and have experience in virtual and digital collaboration (e.g. with Microsoft Teams).
You have an independent working style and a high level of initiative.
You bring a high degree of flexibility, as well as a quick grasp.
You convince with above-average team spirit and strong communication skills.
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English in order to be able to communicate confidently with our national and international interfaces.
