You would like to develop training programs together with us as part of the group-wide Turn2Learn initiative and deal professionally with the topic of professional development?

We are 8 motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support. Important for us is an honest and harmonious cooperation on eye level. We work mobile and flexible. Regular exchange meetings are important for us. One day a week we meet in the office in presence.

These are the challenges you will face:

• You want to actively support us in the diverse tasks of training management, take responsibility and implement optimizations of internal processes?
• Are you interested in the conception, management and organization of seminars, especially in soft skills and languages?
• You are motivated to evaluate training concepts and new learning products and to make an important contribution to quality assurance?
• You are not afraid to be the contact person for participants, trainees and training providers for questions concerning the organization and implementation of training courses?
• You are willing to take over operational issues such as the creation of trainings in our Learning Management System?
• You would like to play an active role in recruiting successors for trainees and further develop our knowledge management?

• You are studying in the field of adult education, psychology, business administration or in a comparable field
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You have very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PPT, ...)
• You have excellent contact and communication skills
• You score with self-motivation, self-organization and time management
• You are committed and a team player
• Ideally, you have already gained work experience through various internships or completed vocational training
