beyond conversion and search engine optimization, it requires well-built workflows, outstanding
usability, and innovative solutions.
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated UX Design Working Student (f/m/x) to
support our UX team in an international environment. As a member of our UX Team, you work
closely with our UX and UI designers, product managers as well as microscopy experts and
stakeholders across the company. You support your colleagues to take concepts from the first
idea to the finished product.
Your role

Work closely with the UX team, product managers and software developers

Translate complex user needs and product requirements into an easy, intuitive user flow

Create wireframes and prototypes for new product features and hand them over to our visual designers and the development teams

Support the planning, execution and evaluation of user research

Validate designs with users

Get to know many different projects in the area of desktop software and web/mobile apps

Work 15-20 hours per week on a flexible basis with one-day a week in our office
Your profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Germany in Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX Design, Ergonomics, or a related field

First work experience in the area of user experience (concept and/or design)

Some experience with Axure, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

Curious, eager to learn and develop your skills further

Capable of both independent work and effective teamwork with high level of motivation

Open personality and professional communication style

Fluent in English (spoken and written), German skills are a plus
