Main Mission

Part-time Financial Accountant (20-25 hours/week)

Your responsibilities include:

• Examining, recording, classifying, and posting business transactions of all kinds
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (German Commercial Code - HGB)
• Reconciliation and balancing of accounts (balance sheet and income statement accounts)
• Conducting payment runs
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable with monitoring of open items, as well as reconciling general ledger and subledger accounts
• Preparation of VAT advance return and recapitulative statement
• Maintaining and managing the digital time sheet and sending monthly payroll data to the external partner

Requirements:

• Successful completion of commercial training with work experience in the field of finance and accounting
• High degree of independence, thoroughness, and reliability
• Assertiveness and very good communication skills
• Preferably experienced in dealing with external partners
• Very good German and English language skills both written and spoken
