Responsibilities:

Reviewing training objectives, plans, designs, and content to understand the intent, key messages, and facilitation methods of training activities;
Defining training strategy and requirements that align with company values and principles;
Creating training content and developing training programs that satisfy the expectations of a subject matter expert and further comprehension of existing processes;
Communicating with the Process Architect Section Manager to determine if training is essential or not;
Scheduling and rolling out training determined to be necessary;
Monitoring the performance and understanding of those involved in onboarding or training through established KPIs, proposing solutions to learning challenges;
Remaining engaged in the training development process by continuing to offer insight on how training content could be better delivered or facilitated using new and innovative practices.

Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in human resources, education, training and development, instructional design or any equivalent roles;
Proven experience in managing educational processes;
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, including ability to discuss application and outcomes in addition to theory and trends;
Familiarity with an array of multimedia training tools;
Strong executive presence, showing empathy and ability to influence;
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality;
Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion;
Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business always;
Strong capability for up-skilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;
Empathetic communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Resilient and approachable with the ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast paced environment;
Ability to operate as a team player, with a flexible and positive attitude;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable and effective working in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree (at least 4 yrs.) in human resources, education, training and development, instructional design or any equivalent degree/experiences;
Ability to communicate written and verbally in German/English; Japanese is preferred but not required.
