Our team, supporting The USMC Next Generation Enterprise Network Contract, has an immediate need for a Network Operations Specialist with demonstrated experience in monitoring network infrastructure and responding to alerts and events. The Specialist will manage incidents from triage through resolution, including escalations, where appropriate. Primary responsibilities include:

• Respond to infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services
• Produce root cause analysis documentation in accordance with Government procedures
• Provide data center support where appropriate
• Document daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper turnover of any outstanding issues
• Provide incident notification to Government representatives

• 
  Eight to ten (8‐10) years of related experience in information systems
• Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01‐M Information Assurance Technician Level (IAT) II
• Must be certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
