Do you know what's trending on LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok right now and how these channels can be used strategically for a fintech? Do you want to take our social media presence to the next level? Your tasks:

• You will develop and implement our B2B and B2C social media strategy to increase our brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• You define the formats, coordinate the creation of the content, advise on how it should look like and ensure consistent brand communication.
• You know the user groups of the various social media channels and know which channel is best suited for which target group and how to communicate effectively with the target groups on these platforms.
• By specifically tracking and analyzing the relevant KPIs, you ensure that our content is optimized and that we achieve our goals.
• You will work closely with the international content team and the product marketing team to optimize our B2C and B2B marketing strategies and create added value for our users.

Your qualifications:

• You have several years of proven professional experience in social media marketing, a sound knowledge of the various social media channels such as LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok and are always up to date with the latest trends and developments in social media.
• You are strong in the development and implementation of successful social media strategies in the B2C and B2B sector.
• You are characterized by a deep understanding of the various social media platforms and their respective user groups and have a good sense of content and formats that strengthen our brand and appeal to our target groups.
• You have excellent communication and consulting skills in fluent German and English, which round off your profile.
