As (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager (human)your main tasks will be:

• You will coordinate the implementation of influencer cooperations on different channels, independently conduct negotiations, and ensure campaign reports for the DACH market.

• You will independently open new channels and research suitable cooperation partners and new target groups.

• You will develop creative and authentic concepts for influencer marketing campaigns.

• You will create innovative ideas to promote our products via events and similar activations to increase awareness and build a love brand.

• You will support your Team Lead in developing an impactful Influencer Marketing strategy that drives both brand awareness and attractive ROIs in line with our overall business goals.

• You will maintain constant exchange with our young, dynamic marketing team, to pursue strategic goals together.

  You have at least 2-3 years of practical experience in influencer marketing management / cooperation management, ideally within a fast-growing e-commerce company.

• You have an exceptional feeling for our community and its needs.

• You are empathetic and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• You are an organizational talent and keep a clear head, even in critical phases.

• You are an absolute team player and enjoy getting involved.

• You have a passion for trends and new channels and are always on the lookout for exciting personalities to further expand our influencer marketing.

• You have a very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good written and spoken English (B2).
