Uber's driver-partners are our most meaningful customers, and we're crafting an outstanding customer service experience for them. Greenlight locations help new driver-partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the driver community.
What You Will Do
Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our partner-drivers
Welcome and onboard new partner-drivers
Deliver high-quality onboarding presentations to new partner drivers joining the Uber platform
Be passionate and knowledgeable when speaking about Uber products
Go beyond mere problem solving; identify root causes and make process improvement proposals to the local OPS team
Diffuse potentially heated exchanges through a calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Support with Beyond Support tasks such as funnel and driver lead management calls
Be top of mind of targets, make sure the team achieves their goals in terms of BYS
Support the GL core management team in administrative tasks
Understand all processes, update the DACH matrix, help updating the KB and share your knowledge with your team mates
What You Will Need
Proficiency in German and English is required!
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
A quick and calm thinker when under pressure
Analytical and critical thinking ability
Strong communication and organization skills
An interest in or experience in discussing and training people on technology
The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
