Position Summary:
The Brand Manager, nora, is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the global brand strategy and execution for nora, reporting directly to the Director of Brand Management. This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand management, a strategic mindset, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (Master's preferred)
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related field
- Proven track record in brand marketing & commercialization strategies
- Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviors and the ability to develop effective messaging and positioning's that resonate with customers
- Experience leading and managing a high performing team
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Expertise in keeping projects on track, within budget, and scope
- Proactive self-starter with a drive to achieve results
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Passion for design and a strong creative sensibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making
Essential Duties:
- Lead the development and execution of the integrated marketing plan for nora across all global channels, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive global brand marketing, commercialization and creative design strategies for nora that align with the company's overall brand strategy and business objectives
- Lead the development of value propositions, messaging and positioning that resonate with B2B customers and differentiate our brand in the marketplace
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all channels
- Develop an execute go-to-market plans for new products and services in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and resources that support the selling process and drive revenue growth
- Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies (e.g., creative, advertising, packaging, product development, media, consumer promotions, merchandising, etc.) and partner with them to ensure activities generate strategic concepts for effective execution of marketing programs and objectives
- Analyze data and market insights to shape strategic brand, product, and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure the timely delivery of key project milestones and content that align with the marketing plan.
- Measure and report performance of brand marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Manage marketing budgets, contracts, and purchase orders as needed.
- Lead the activation of the Commercialization Plan for product launches and key initiatives, ensuring successful implementation in alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Continuously conduct competitive reviews and analysis in partnership with regional teams, providing insights to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage the nora marketing budget and work closely with the project management and finance teams to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee product naming, trademark management, approvals, and other legal matters to safeguard and enhance the brand's integrity.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure segment initiatives align with global brand initiatives and are within brand standards.
